I just spoke with him this week as he is going to be doing some more work for me, he just finished painting my garage apartment inside, but I have some minor interior painting for him to do, and he said he was going to be done with the big job he is on now by next week, so that means he's available next week at this point.  Here is his cell phone number: 723-0879.  I am going to be talking with him today so I will mention that you may call. 

He's been doing all the painting on my properties for the last five years, maybe more.  Two years ago he painted both my home and office building downtown on Olive.  My home looks great but I should have had him paint my awnings because now they look faded!

He is good and reasonable and honest.  I highly recommend him.
